Refund Policy
Cancellation rights, statutory remedies and KEZARIQ's 30-day refund request process.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Which products this policy covers
This policy and the extra 30-day refund-request process are written for one-off KEZARIQ document purchases, such as assessment reports, specifications and tender packs. They should not be read as an automatic promise of the same additional refund window for a Kezariq Gantt recurring subscription.
For Gantt free trials, subscription renewals, cancellation and withdrawal options, see the Gantt subscription terms and Paddle's refund policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected for both products.
Your cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day cancellation period. Where you ask KEZARIQ to supply paid digital content immediately, checkout requires you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.
Losing the cancellation right does not affect statutory remedies where digital content or a service is faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fails to meet rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
KEZARIQ 30-day refund request window
You may ask us to review a refund request within 30 days of the order date. This is an additional customer-service process and is not a blanket no-reason guarantee once digital content has already been supplied, generated, viewed or downloaded.
We consider the circumstances of the request, including whether the paid content was successfully supplied, whether a genuine technical or content defect exists, and any statutory right or remedy that applies.
If your purchase was made when an earlier published KEZARIQ policy expressly offered a 30-day no-reason money-back guarantee, we will honour the wording that applied when you made that purchase.
Already downloaded the document?
Before immediate paid digital supply, KEZARIQ asks for express consent and an acknowledgement of the normal 14-day cancellation right being lost once supply begins. A valid loss of the change-of-mind right also depends on compliance with applicable confirmation requirements.
A completed download does not automatically mean a refund is owed, nor does a download by itself justify refusing a claim. We consider available purchase, consent and delivery records together with the customer's explanation and applicable statutory rights.
If the document was defective, misdescribed or not properly supplied, you may still be entitled to an appropriate remedy. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, also assesses refund requests under its current policy and applicable law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one:
- visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
- open Help & Support in KEZARIQ and use the refund route there — your order is looked up automatically, so you do not need to quote a reference.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit.
After a refund
Once a refund is completed, access to the refunded paid content is removed from your account. A refund does not remove or restrict any statutory right you may have in relation to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
