How to use Kezariq and Kezariq Gantt
Step-by-step help from assessment and specifications through tendering, construction management and Kezariq Gantt.
Important: Your document cannot be downloaded until you have reviewed it. Please review the document carefully and confirm that the information is correct before continuing to download. Read it in full and correct anything that does not match your project.
Planning Assessment Report
Create an account
On the sign in screen, press Create an account.
Enter your details and press Create account. We email you a link to verify your address — open that email and follow the link, then sign in.
Use the same email address on every device. Your project list, paid status and document history are linked to the account you sign in with.
Start your assessment
Open the assessment and answer the first question. Choose the answer that best matches your project.
Continue one question at a time, pressing Save and continue. Choose I'm not sure where it is offered, and use Back to change an earlier answer.
Finish your assessment
Continue until you reach the Assessment Complete page. On the last question, press Finish and generate report.
This page confirms Kezariq has analysed your project.
Get your Planning Assessment Report
- See your free preview. On the Assessment Complete page, scroll to Here is a free preview of your results. Nothing to press and nothing to pay.
- Buy the full report. Scroll down past Included in your full Project Report and press Unlock Full Project Report – £21.99, then complete the secure payment. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in first so the report is saved to your account.
- View and download it. After successful payment you are taken to your Reports page, where the full report is generated. Open it there and use the download option to save your PDF.
My Projects and using more than one device
Your project should follow the account you used to create it.
Open an existing project
Sign in with the same account, open My Projects and select the project you want to continue. The project card shows its saved progress and gives you access to the documents and products attached to that project.
If you move between a phone and a Mac or PC, allow the page to finish loading before making another change. Purchased products are tied to the project and account, so a paid document should not need to be bought again on another device.
Specification of Works
Four more simple steps after your Planning Assessment Report.
Open Specification of Works
On your Reports page, find the Specification of Works card under Next step.
Press Generate Specification of Works – £149.99 to open it. You are not charged at this stage. This button only opens the Specification of Works.
Start the Specification of Works
Press Generate Draft Specification, then read each section and add or check the information that matches your project.
Use Edit project information or Explain this section when needed.
For extension projects, check the construction choices carefully. Kezariq can now distinguish between solid, suspended timber and beam-and-block ground floors. Where relevant, it also asks about sub-floor ventilation, ground-gas/radon protection and whether existing gas pipework needs to be altered or extended.
Complete the Specification of Works
Continue one section at a time, then press Review document preview. Use Make corrections if anything needs changing.
When it is correct, tick the box under Confirm the final version and press Confirm final version.
Version History keeps the document versions for that project. A genuine correction to a confirmed document creates a later version while the earlier confirmed or paid version remains preserved. Wait for the saved version to appear before leaving the page.
Get your Specification of Works
The current price is £149.99 one-time price. The £149.99 is charged once only, when you complete the secure payment after confirming the final version. If you have already paid for the Specification of Works for this project, do not pay again — open your existing Specification and use the view/download options.
After successful payment, use View Specification, Download Specification as PDF, Download Editable Specification or Download Blank Contractor Pricing Schedule.
If you later correct the same paid Specification, review and confirm the correction as a new version. Your earlier paid version stays available in Version History, and the correction workflow does not require you to buy the same Specification again while the original purchase remains active.
Tender Pack
Four final steps, once your Specification of Works is finished.
Open the Tender Pack
Press Documents in the bottom menu. Under Your documents, find the Complete Tender Pack card and press Generate.
You are not charged at this stage. This only opens the Tender Pack page.
Start the Tender Pack
On the Tender Pack page, scroll to Create your tender pack and press Create Tender Pack.
Kezariq builds the pack from your project details, your saved assessment and your latest saved Specification of Works. Use Explain this section if you are unsure about anything.
Complete the Tender Pack
Work through Review, confirm, then pay. Check the Project information review, then press Review document preview.
Use Make corrections if anything is wrong. When it is right, tick the confirmation box and press Confirm final version.
Get your Tender Pack
The price is £279.99 one-time price, charged once only when you complete the secure payment after confirming the final version.
If you have already paid for the Specification of Works on this project, Kezariq shows a reduced £129.99 one-time upgrade price instead — you pay the difference, not the full price.
Payment covers one project only. If you have already paid for the Tender Pack for this project, do not pay again — open the same project and use Download PDF or Text copy. New revision lets you reissue the pack for the same project.
Manage — Construction Toolkit
Use Kezariq to help manage the build once your contractor is appointed.
Open the Construction Toolkit
Open the Construction Toolkit for the same project. The Toolkit becomes available after that project owns an eligible Specification of Works or Small Works Specification. If you have not bought the Toolkit yet, you will see the purchase panel.
Opening the page does not charge you. Payment only starts when you press Unlock Construction Toolkit – £39.99 and complete the secure checkout.
Start managing your project
After successful payment, the Construction Toolkit unlocks for that project. Your contractor instruction details are taken automatically from your saved project information.
The Toolkit is an interactive on-screen tool. It is not a downloadable document — your entries are saved to the project and stay available throughout the build.
Use the management tools
Use the project-management tools for Programme & site diary, Stage payments, Site checks, Variations, Snagging and Handover. Choose the section you need and update it as the work progresses.
Use Explain this section if you need help with a section.
Keep using your Construction Toolkit
The Construction Toolkit costs £39.99 as a one-time purchase for one project. If you have already paid for the Construction Toolkit for this project, do not pay again — open the same project and continue using the existing Toolkit.
The Planning Assessment Report, Specification of Works, Tender Pack and Construction Toolkit are separate products unless the current product rules explicitly include one with another. A Complete Tender Pack purchase includes the Specification of Works for that project; if you already own the Specification, the eligible Tender Pack upgrade price is used instead.
Small Works
For smaller, clearly defined jobs such as bathrooms, kitchens, windows, doors and eligible roofing work.
Create the right Small Works Specification
Open Small Works, answer the project questions and let Kezariq place the job into the appropriate specification level. Review the generated specification carefully before confirming it.
Current one-time prices are £43.99 for Simple, £94.99 for Standard and £139.99 for Detailed Small Works Specifications.
If you need contractors to return comparable prices, the Small Works Tender Pack is available after you own an eligible Small Works Specification. Its current one-time price is £179.99.
Kezariq Gantt
A separate project-management app for construction programmes, progress, drawings and site records.

Kezariq Gantt includes a 14-day free trial. The current subscription is £14.99 per month or £149 per year.
Use your project-management tools
Use the Gantt app to work with your Projects, construction Programme, Drawings, Site Diary, task records and progress reporting. Your project information stays associated with the Gantt app account you sign in with.
Install the apps for quick access
Open the Install Apps page on Kezariq for instructions for Samsung/Android, iPhone/iPad, Windows and Mac. Both apps can also be used directly in a supported web browser without installation.

Get help without losing your project
Open Help & Support from Kezariq. You can use the automated support tools for account access, payments, purchases, documents and technical problems, or use Talk to Kezariq where it is available.
For a missing purchase or document, stay signed in to the account that owns the project and give the project name and the product that is affected. Do not purchase the same product again just to try to unlock it.
